Rates & Floorplan

Exhibition space is sold by the square metre. The smallest stand is 2 sq m, the largest 20 sq m.

Stand prices include the cost of exhibiting for both days as well as everything you need for your stand; walls, carpets, name board, entry into the showguide, lights and electricity - ie 1 spotlight per 3 sq m, one power socket per stand.

 

1. Cost for IVF clinics

The number of IVF clinics who can participate at the show is limited. Clinics must take a minimum stand size of 12 sq metres which is charged at £415 + vat per sq m. Download booking form here.

2. Cost for non IVF organisations

Non IVF organisations receive a 40% discount on their first 4 sq m. So for the first 4 sq metres, the price is £249 + vat per sq m rising to £415 + vat for the remainder. Stand sizes start from 2 sq metres. Download a booking form here.

3. Cost for Charities

For registered Charities not participating in IVF, the price is £150 + vat per sq metre for their first 4 sq m rising to £415 + vat for the remainder. Stand sizes start from 2 sq metres. Download a booking form here.

Showguide

The A5 size showguide is given free to all visitors and lists details of exhibitors, speakers and other show information. Often kept after the event as a useful reference guide, it provides a targeted promotional opportunity for advertisers with 4,000 copies being printed in 2012.

A full colour page (A5) costs £600 + vat to exhibitors, £850 + vat to non-exhibitors. Copy date is Oct 19, 2012. Download a booking form here.
