What to expect at The Fertility Show

What to expect at The Fertility Show Manchester

Whether you’re looking for advice and support in a certain area or don’t even know where to begin, join us at The Fertility Show as we return to Manchester Central next month.

The Show will bring together experts, clinics and charities, all aiming to help you leave with the confidence to make informed decisions about the next step in your fertility journey.

We understand that gathering all of the information and advice you need can sometimes seem overwhelming, so here are a few ways The Fertility Show can help:

The Let’s Talk Fertility Stage

Hosted by fertility podcaster Natalie Silverman, this is the place to hear from panels of experts and patients in informal discussions, plus have your questions answered either openly or anonymously. Start your morning here and find out how to make the most out of your visit as Natalie will be joined by Fertility Network UK’s Aileen Feeney for the first session of the day: Welcome to The Fertility Show – Plan Your Day. Take a look at the timetable for sessions including Infertility in the Workplace, Mind Body and Soul, and Men Matter Too.

A relaxed environment

We work closely with our partners, Fertility Network UK and IVF Babble, to create a warm and welcoming space for everyone. Take a break from the Show floor at the Babble Lounge where you can meet the team, chat to experts and other visitors, plus speak with Babble Ambassadors and friends over refreshments. We’ll make sure you feel relaxed and comfortable.

The support you need

The Fertility Show is the perfect place to gather information and advice to help with your decision and find the right fertility path for you. Fertility Network UK are at the Show to answer questions, offer support and share information about any areas of fertility that you need. Visit their stand in Manchester at stand C10, located opposite the entrance to the Show.

All under one roof

Our seminar programme means you can take a seat with like-minded people and listen to talks from the best experts in fertility. Sessions include How To Choose a Fertility Clinic in the UK and Overseas given by Kate Brian from the HFEA, Fertility Treatment in Older Women by Dr Marta Colodron of Barcelona IVF, and Underlying Health and Fertility: How Can Diet and Lifestyle Help with Reproductive Biologist, Grace Dugdale. Plus, take the time to speak with clinics, specialists and charities around the Show.

Fertility Fest

New for this year, the brilliant Jessica Hepburn and Gabby Vautier will be bringing Fertility Fest to the Manchester Show. This one of a kind event will bring together artists and experts, using the power of theatre, music, art, dance, literature and film to unlock the experience of the fertility patient, improving mental health and emotional support. Photographer Sophie Ingleby will be showcasing her latest project in The Doctor in the Bedroom and singer-songwriter Bob Strawbridge will perform a selection of tracks from his latest EP ‘Never Alone’ in The Invisible Man.
