Where can I find ticket information and prices for The Fertility Show 2024?
We are delighted to be back from the 18th – 19th May 2024 at Olympia London.
Tickets prices are:
Saturday General Admission: £20
Sunday General Admission: £20
Two Day General Admission: £25
Digital Only: £10
Seminar Tickets: £4 per seminar
Wellbeing Workshops: £4 per workshop

Does my ticket include entry to the seminars and wellbeing workshops?
General admission tickets to the Show do not include tickets to the live seminars or wellbeing workshops, these can be booked on Eventbrite for £4 once they are released. Your general admission ticket will give you access to the audio recordings of the seminars to listen to after your visit.
I’ve booked my tickets to The Fertility Show, do I get digital access too?
All general admission ticket holders will get access to the audio recordings of the seminar talks. Nearer the time, you’ll receive an email from Contrast with details of how to access. Audio recordings will be available from Tuesday 28th May 2024.
How do I book seminar tickets?
Seminar tickets will be on sale soon. To attend the seminars and have the chance to ask your questions to the experts, you must purchase seminar tickets via Eventbrite using this link. Your general admission ticket will also give you access to all of the audio recordings of the seminar talks after the Show.
How do I book the wellbeing workshops?
The wellbeing workshops will be on sale soon. We recommend booking in advance as spaces for these workshops are limited. Tickets may be available to book on the day, subject to availability. Note: these won't be available as audio recordings.
Do I need to book an appointment for the Fertility Support Hub?
To speak with one of our nurses or counsellors in our Fertility Support Hub, you must book an appointment on the day. These appointments are free and available on a first come, first served basis.
Is the Let's all Talk Fertility Lounge free to attend?
Yes the Let's all Talk Fertility Lounge is free to attend and seats are available on a first come, first served basis. Timetable to be released soon.
If I can’t make the event in person, can I view it digitally?
If you're unable to attend the live show, then you can purchase a digital only ticket which will give you online access to all seminar recordings from the Show. Access will be from Tuesday 28th May 2024 until the end of July.
I can no longer attend or my circumstances have changed, can I get a refund?
If you book your tickets in advance, and your circumstances change before19th April 2024, we will offer you a refund. No questions asked. Please send your request along with your order number to info@fertilityshow.co.uk. Booking fees non-refundable.
Can children attend the Show?
Due to the sensitivity of the Show, babies and children under 16 are not permitted to attend.
I have not received my booking confirmation/e-tickets?
Your e-tickets will arrive attached as a PDF to your booking confirmation email directly from Eventbrite. Please allow some time after purchase for your booking confirmation email to come through and make sure to check your junk folder. If you do not receive your tickets or lose your booking confirmation please contact us at info@fertilityshow.co.uk
I am registered disabled, can I bring a carer?
Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to The Fertility Show. Please email info@fertilityshow.co.uk to arrange your carer ticket. Please bring proof of eligibility with you to show on arrival such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter.
Can I book a digital only ticket if I can’t attend the event in person?
Yes! Digital only tickets can be purchased for £10 and will give you access to the audio recordings of all the seminars which will be available from Tuesday 28th May 2024.
I’ve booked a consultation with a clinic, do I get free entry to the Show?
You must still have a general admission ticket to The Fertility Show even if you have booked a consultation with one of the clinics. If the clinic has stated you’ll get free entry, please speak directly with them.
How do I register for a press pass to The Fertility Show?
