Taking place at Olympia London for its 16th year, the 2026 Show has a wide variety of stand spaces available so you can make sure that both the size and the budget is right for you. Depending on the type of organisation you are and your area of expertise, our stand rates vary.

Exhibition space is sold by the square metre, the smallest stand is 4m² (excluding IVF clinics and egg banks). Stand prices include the cost of exhibiting for both days as well as walls and name board.

  • IVF Clinics & Egg Banks

    Clinics must take a minimum stand size of 12 sqm which is charged at £499 + VAT per sqm, so the minimum price for a stand is £5988 + VAT.

  • Non-IVF organisations

    For Non-IVF organisations, the stand price is £315 + VAT per sqm for their first 6 sqm, rising to £499 + VAT for the remainder. The minimum stand size is 4 sqm.

  • Registered Charities

    For registered charities not participating in IVF, the price is £199 + VAT per sqm for their first 6 sqm rising to £499 + VAT for the remainder. The minimum stand size is 4 sqm.
