These phenomenal people have either been on, or are still on a fertility journey themselves and have used their experience to help others.
The sessions in our Let’s all Talk Fertility Lounge are free and no need to book. Just turn up, grab a seat and listen to their stories.

In this opening keynote on the Let’s All Talk Fertility Stage, host Sophie Sulehria will explore what fertility really looks like in everyday life - across treatment, relationships, workplaces and mental health. Setting the tone for the weekend ahead, this session highlights why the patient voice is essential to changing how fertility care is understood and why The Fertility Show is so essential.

Led by our partner Wild Nutrition, this practical, evidence-based workshop explores how nutrition and lifestyle shape egg and sperm health months before trying to conceive. Isabelle & Gail share key nutrients, habits and simple steps that can help support fertility for both men and women.

12.00pm: The Art Of Being Brave: Adversity, Acceptance and an Alternative Path to Parenthood
Choosing donor conception or surrogacy is rarely a straightforward decision. It often follows periods of loss, uncertainty and the need to let go of a hoped-for path. In this deeply personal session, Kreena Dhiman shares her journey through adversity towards acceptance, exploring the emotional, cultural and practical realities of building a family in alternative ways.

1.00pm: The Paths We Don’t Expect
In this honest and deeply personal conversation, Rebecca Coxon, Ruth Corden and Georgie Swallow share their very different experiences of infertility. Rebecca is both donor-conceived and a donor herself, and went on to become a parent through IVF. Ruth lives with PCOS and is navigating life childlessly, not by choice. Georgie’s fertility was impacted by cancer treatment at a young age and she is still coming to terms with this.

2.00pm: Building Families with Intention
In this panel conversation, Bryony shares her experience as a solo mum, while Tia reflects on using donor eggs to conceive her twins. Danielle joins the discussion as someone actively planning her future family, supported by her father, as she prepares for what lies ahead. Together, they explore intention, planning, support systems and the realities of building families outside traditional frameworks.

3.00pm: Fertility Through a Multicultural Lens
Fertility experiences do not exist in isolation from culture, faith, family or community expectations. This session explores how fertility, treatment decisions and family building can be shaped - and complicated - by cultural norms, beliefs and generational pressures. Through lived experience and expert insight, the panel will discuss stigma, silence, representation and access to care, and why culturally sensitive support is essential to ensuring fertility conversations are inclusive, respectful and effective for everyone.

4.00pm: Let's Talk Male Fertility
Male fertility is often overlooked, yet it plays an equal role in conception and family building. This session opens up an honest, stigma-free conversation about male fertility, covering the emotional impact and practical challenges infertility can have on men. The panel's lived experience explores why men are often left out of fertility conversations, and how better understanding and support can make a meaningful difference.

Start your day with a warm, welcoming and honest conversation on the realities of the fertility journey. During this special breakfast session, Izzy Judd will share her personal experience of navigating IVF, offering an open and heartfelt perspective on what infertiltiy really looks like behind the scenes.She is joined by Gail Madalena from Wild Nutrition and Julianne Boutaleb, who bring expert insight to complement lived experience - creating a supportive, informative and empowering discussion.

In this lived-experience-led session, men share their personal stories of navigating donor sperm, including how it shaped their sense of identity, masculinity and fatherhood. With honesty and openness, the panel explores grief, acceptance, disclosure and what it means to build a family when genetics are not part of the story. A powerful conversation about redefining fatherhood and finding meaning beyond DNA.

12.00pm: Complementary Therapies to Support your Fertility
This session looks at acupuncture and reflexology as supportive approaches, exploring how they are commonly used in fertility care, what evidence exists, and what people report finding helpful. The panel will discuss how these therapies may support relaxation, stress management and overall wellbeing during fertility treatment, and how to make informed, safe choices when considering complementary support.

1.00pm: Lessons Learnt Along the Way
In this lived-experience panel, Freya, a donor-conceived person and LGBTQ+ mum who used donor sperm to have her family, NFM, an adoptive mum, and Vanessa Haye, who has navigated IVF and baby loss, reflect on what they would say to their younger selves at the start of their family-building paths. Through honesty and reflection, they share lessons learned about expectations, identity, grief, resilience and hope. A gentle, reassuring conversation for anyone still finding their way.

2.00pm: Making Sense of IVF
IVF can feel overwhelming - medically, emotionally and practically. In this lived-experience-led conversation, Katie Rollings from the IVF Action Network, past patient Susannah, and Audrey Ward - author of The Waiting Room - explore how people make sense of IVF while living through it. From navigating information and expectations to coping with waiting, uncertainty and decision-making, this session offers clarity, honesty and reassurance for anyone facing IVF now or in the future.

3.00pm: Resilience on the Road to Parenthood
The journey to parenthood can take many forms, and for some it involves unexpected challenges, difficult decisions and moments that test resilience in ways they never anticipated. In this conversation we discuss adoption and surrogacy. Together the panel reflect on the emotional realities behind their journey and the perserverance which led to their family.
