I am here to raise awareness for loss of genetics from a male perspective and the hopes, fears and all other considerations of hopefully one day becoming a donor recipient parent. I’m open to talking about my own experiences as well as listening to and engaging with others.

  • David Ireland

    Founder, Fertility4Men

David Ireland is the founder of Fertility4Men, a pioneering platform dedicated to supporting men in taking charge of their reproductive health. After facing years of unexplained infertility himself, David experienced firsthand the emotional isolation, confusion and frustration associated with male infertility. Recognising that 50% of infertility cases involve male factors, yet remain widely misunderstood and rarely discussed, David is determined to shift the narrative. Driven by the lack of accessible, science-backed guidance for men facing infertility David created Fertility4Men. His platform offers the expert advice, practical tools and actionable insights he wished he had from the beginning. As a qualified executive coach, David uniquely combines his professional expertise in coaching and education with his deeply personal understanding of fertility struggles to empower men globally. Committed to breaking the silence surrounding male fertility David launched the "5-Day Fertility Kickstart Challenge," a free initiative providing men with simple, daily actionable steps to optimise their reproductive health. This challenge reflects David's core belief that men's fertility matters and deserves attention, understanding and practical support. Last October Fertilty4Men hosted the first Summit to focus solely on male fertility.   Spread over two days it featured interviews with twenty-one leading experts from around the world sharing their knowledge about fertility, sperm health, hormones and lifestyle.  The Summit is set to become an annual event with the next one happening in November during National Fertility Awareness Week 2026.

  • Susannah Tresilian

Coach, Theatre Director & Director of Envision Everything

She runs Envision Everything, a training and coaching organisation whose signature programme, Toolkit for Hope, supports people and organisations navigating life's hardest seasons.   She also founded Ariadne, a network of women who make theatre in conflict zones.
