    Client Service Specialist, Fairfax Cryobank

Josie Bertello has been working for Fairfax Cryobank since June 2023. In her time as a Client Service Specialist, she has supported a large number of same sex couples, single mums by choice and couples with fertility difficulties on their journey of parenthood. She is passionate about helping patients find their perfect donor and guide them through the processes involved. Josie has recently been promoted to UK Customer Support Manger which enables her to work closely with fertility clinics all over the UK. By having an insight in the patients journey as well as the clinical processes, Josie is able to apply her knowledge and always strives for the happiness of the patient as well as the clinics she works with. When Josie is not working, she loves taking her Golden Retriever on walks or support her son on the sidelines of a muddy football field.
